Tour Packages:
50% refund if cancellation is made 15 days prior to the travel date.
There is no refund for cancellations within 7 days of the tour.

Visa Processing:
Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted to the embassy.

Air Tickets:
Refunds and re-issues depend on airline policy. Service charges may apply.
All refund requests must be made in writing to faithtoursbd@gmail.com. Processing may take 7–14 business days.
